Robert has been an actor 25+ years and has worked in casting for 15. Early in his career, he was an A&R rep at a small indie label called Private Music, where he searched for talent to represent the label's image and grow their brand. He has now spent the majority of his life looking for talent, either in the music business or in commercial and theatrical casting.  His approach to finding the perfect cast is one that focuses on connecting to the spirit of the project and bringing in the best talent to make the scripts come to life.
